A standing commitment from our Founder & Chairman: no child with the ability and the will to learn should be shut out for lack of means.
There is a belief this school was built on, plain enough to say in one sentence: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not — and a community that once opened its doors for Alhaji Muazu Raji owes that same door to the children coming up behind him.
The Scholarship Programme is that belief, made practical. Every term, a number of places at Learning Roots Royal Academy are set aside — not as a favour, but as a promise kept — for bright, hardworking children whose families could not otherwise afford a school of this standard. Fully or partially funded, so that what decides a child's future here is ability, not income.
“I did not get to where I am by myself. People gave me chances I could not have paid for. This school, and this scholarship, is how I pass that forward.”
